Aguas de Murcia predicts that normality will reach the remaining 20% in the next 90 minutes.
The supply of drinking water to the users of Sagasta Street is recovering normality, after the break in a driving that occurred this morning, around 10 o'clock.
At 2:00 p.m., 80% of users had been restored, while the workers at Aguas de Murcia continued to work to repair the entire line, which is expected to be achieved within one and a half hours .
The problem has occurred due to the rehabilitation works of the Sagasta Street pipeline.
This is a very old, 350 mm diameter foundry, whose renovation is part of the work plan of the Department of Development and Water of Murcia.
These works will last approximately one month and a half and have a budget of € 180,873.80.
Precisely the presence of the operators in the place has allowed to act quickly, avoiding that it would cause greater damages.
