Supporting entrepreneurial initiatives and promoting opportunities for job creation is the challenge of the International Chair of Women, Enterprise and Sport of the Catholic University of Murcia.
To this end, starting next September in the Region of Murcia will provide training courses to promote the entrepreneurship of women, as well as men, in emerging economic sectors.
The president of the UCAM, José Luis Mendoza, along with the director of the International Chair of Women, Enterprise and Sport, Mª Jesús Bonilla, and the president of the INCYDE Foundation, Javier Collado, have signed an agreement that will allow the Chair to continue Betting to train, investigate and lead the talent of women in the business and sports.
The event was attended by Concepción Bravo and María Dolores Bolarín, also of the management team of the Chair.
These courses, which will begin in September, will be carried out in parallel to another similar project that will also be launched in the province of Cuenca, which intends to implant them throughout Spain.
"Our chair is national and international, so we seek to offer training in all areas of Spain where we detect opportunities for self-employment," explained María Jesús Bonilla, director of the International Women, Company and Sport Chair.
The training project, which will last five weeks, is divided into two programs: the first "Digital Marketing in the Tourism Sector" aimed at people related to tourism who want to specialize in digital marketing, social networking and web 2.0.
The second course, "Improving the Competitiveness of the Trade Sector" is aimed at people who want to improve the viability of their businesses and adapt to successful trading models.
