Twenty-eight companies have participated in the tender called to contract the construction of new container points underground in districts and districts, whose budget amounts to 255.753 € (excluding VAT).

The plan, developed by the Department of Development, directed by Roque Ortiz, plans to expand this infrastructure to a hundred strategic points of urban centers.

The first phase of this global plan will allow to bury the containers of four points of the historic center: Madre de Dios street, Plaza Cetina, Calle Pinares and Plaza de Santa Catalina.

These enclaves will be added to the areas where they will carry out the great urban remodeling actions of the City Hall: Avenida Alfonso X, San Esteban, Santa Eulalia, Cárcel Vieja and other projects that will carry their own cleaning annex.
