The UCAM, leading university in Spain in the renewal of the accreditation of titles by the ANECA (14/07/2017)

The National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation has approved the renewal of the fifty degree and postgraduate degrees of the Catholic University of Murcia that has submitted to its evaluation.

Throughout the course 2016-17 there have been 14 in total, 8 of them of degree and 6 of graduate, that add up to the previous 36 others.

The National Agency of Evaluation for Quality and Accreditation (ANECA) has recognized the UCAM, through the renewal of all its titles presented to the program ACREDITA, that satisfies satisfactorily with the quality standards used for the evaluation of titles University, both public and private universities.

Manuel Carlos Ruiz, Vice Chancellor for Quality and Academic Management at UCAM, values â€‹â€‹this result as an excellent result of the exhaustive and constant work of the faculty, researcher and administration of the Catholic University, which positions us at the head of universities Spanish in terms of quality and good teaching practices ".

Likewise, "these results show the commitment made by our university for continuous improvement and internationalization through the adaptation of its studies to the European Higher Education Area (EHEA)."

Exhaustive procedure

Manuel Carlos Ruiz points out that, for the accreditation of the degrees, "ANECA performs a detailed evaluation of these, in intense working days carried out in the university itself by evaluation committees composed of professors, professors and students of public universities And deprived of Spain that evaluate both the development of the teaching and the facilities infrastructures teachers ".

In addition, representatives of companies of regional and national scope, as well as graduates related to the qualifications evaluated, also participate in the process.

Ruiz has concluded that "this accreditation of the degrees guarantees the adequate continuity in the delivery of the same with total guarantee of quality of its teachings".
