SMEs and freelancers will host from this month of July to the undergraduate and graduate students of the Catholic University beneficiaries of these scholarships, which will allow them to complement their academic training and establish professional links for their future employment insertion.
Eighteen students of Business Administration, Architecture, Communication, Advertising and Public Relations, Physiotherapy, IT, Telecommunications and Labor Relations of the UCAM have been the beneficiaries of this call, managed through the Technological Institute of Murcia (ITM).
The program is an initiative aimed at young people, undergraduates and postgraduates, to complement their training by allowing them to join SMEs and self-employed participants in the program, to bring them closer to the professional realm, expand their knowledge and favor their contact with companies .
The ITM received 238 applications from UCAM students, surpassing in almost 30% those received in the last call, of which 198 corresponded to students of degree and 40 of masters.
Sofía Fernández, executive director of ITM, has highlighted "the collaboration and the great work carried out by the companies that host the students in favor of these young people, since without them these programs would not be viable."
