These works, which in recent days have been carried out in the 36 eucalyptus trees around the Artillery Barracks and are expected to conclude tomorrow, have determined the need to intervene in three trees that were diseased and could pose a risk to the safety of people.
The work has also included the removal of those dry branches with enough wingspan to cause damages in the case of detachment, as well as the revision of near junctions between branches and with the main trunk in those crosses on which a certain decomposition of timber.
The works have also recommended the suppression of three trees that showed 'an undeniable regressive death', while another has been terciated.
