The Ministry of Public Works has made public the relationship of owners of the 109 goods and rights affected by the works carried out by ADIF for access to Murcia from the buried AVE, leaving the road free from Camino de Tiñosa to the Carmen station.

The announcement, published today in the BOE, refers to the actions included in the basic project of construction of the new provisional roadway for the execution of access to the city.
Specifically, it affects phase 2, between Senda de los Garres and Camino Tiñosa, where it is necessary to have the necessary land to be able to undertake the burial works.
The file includes both the assets that must be definitively expropriated, such as temporary occupations while performing the actions and the imposition of easements.
The documentation can be consulted within a period of 15 days in the offices of the Government Delegation, in the High Speed ​​Projects and Works Department in Madrid and in the City of Murcia.
This is a further step in the works to make the connection of the city with the high-speed railway by means of burial a reality, fulfilling the commitments acquired within the Society Murcia High Speed ​​between the City Council, the Autonomous Community and the Ministry of Development , And the Plenary agreement supported by PP, PSOE and Citizens.
