The City Council has prepared a special device before the yellow warning by storms for tomorrow Saturday of the State Agency of Meteorology.
Thus, 113 Local Police officers are alerted to activate the flood plan and act to minimize possible effects if heavy rains occur.
Also will be part of this effective device of the services of Cleaning, Civil Protection, Firemen, Parks and Gardens, Aguas de Murcia, Traffic and Industrial Services will join the usual maintenance brigades in case it is necessary.
The aim of this plan is to intervene as quickly as possible and to respond immediately to the requirements of the neighbors of the municipality to minimize the effects of possible heavy rains, establishing the priority actions.
The Local Police will be in charge of coordinating all the operative that has to act when a bulletin of warning by adverse meteorological phenomenon is received from the State Agency of Meteorology.
In addition, the Local Police will deploy its troops in urban areas and will take measures to regulate and cut traffic, using fences and police tape.
Likewise, it is controlled that there are no incidents that endanger people and vehicles.
