The retired professor of Prehistory of the University of Murcia (UMU) Jorge Juan Eiroa has died in this city, and the wake is in the funeral of Carmen, where today, day 29, at 19:30 hours, a funeral in his memory.
Professor Eiroa has been teaching and researching at UMU for many years, and through his classrooms passed generations of students who learned with him to love Prehistory, of which he was passionate.
His teaching imparted not only in academic courses, but also through other activities, such as conferences, seminars, book publishing, essays and articles, and others.
This passion for Prehistory took him to Peru several times, where he had the opportunity to put his knowledge at the disposal of the remains of ancient populations of that country.
