The Councilor for Modernization of Administration, Urban Quality and Participation, José Guillén, together with the Vice-rector of Coordination and Internationalization of the University of Murcia, Bernardo Cascales and the head of the International Relations Area, Matías Balibrea, attended this afternoon to the presentation Of the activities organized by the University of Murcia on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Erasmus Program.
The presentation was made at the Bonache confectionery whose master baker Carlos Balanza has designed, exclusively for this event, a large cake that will be accompanied by small cupcakes whose ingredients pick up the essence of places like Murcia and Italy.
Next Wednesday, June 28 in the Plaza de la Mercede will be distributed 500 cupcakes, from 19 hours to all attendees.
They will also liven up the party performances, Yakka craft beer tastings, university t-shirt gift and many more surprises.
The assistance is open to the public and free of charge.
The celebration will count with the participation of local and regional university authorities who will blow the candles of the cake of the 30th anniversary.
Also on Tuesday throughout the day and Wednesday morning, in the Plaza Santo Domingo, will be distributed balloons and flyers exchangeable for anniversary t shirts on the day of the event in La Merced.
