The Department of Development, led by Roque Ortiz, on the proposal of the Foundation for Aid against Drug Addiction, will illuminate Monday the facade of the building annexed to the City of Green on the occasion of International Day to Combat Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking

On 26 June, it was established by the United Nations General Assembly in 1987 as the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking and serves as a reminder of the objective agreed upon by Member States of the United Nations to create An international society in which drugs are not misused.

The theme chosen for this edition is 'Listen First' and seeks to increase support for drug use prevention based on science, and thus represents an effective investment in the well-being of children and youth, their families and communities .
