The Councilor of Fomento, Roque Ortiz, attends this afternoon, in the Piazza del Romea, the final party of the musical 'Drilo teaches to recycle', which is part of the awareness campaign of schoolchildren who for the first time has developed Ferrovial Servicios en Different educational centers during this course.
After the performance, CDs have been delivered with the 10 songs that make up the musical, so that their music and messages accompany the children during this summer period.
The show has been represented in 108 schools in the municipality of Murcia reaching more than 11,000 students.
So the little ones have danced, sung and learned the correct guidelines of urban hygiene as well as the three erres of waste (reduce, reuse and recycle) with Drilo the crocodile and his friendly friends.
In this way the youngest have been able to learn through the performing arts, music and theater combined with fun and didactic so that in a dynamic and playful way the importance of street care, the schoolyard, the neighborhood, Park and other common places as fundamental basis of way of life.
During this course, the Department of Development and Ferrovial Services have continued to work on a clear objective: to raise the awareness of the greater number of students in good practices with the urban environment of cleanliness and waste.
In addition, as in previous years, this campaign has included discussions on urban hygiene, waste and the environment for students in 4th and 5th grade Primary Education, as well as a visit to the Cañada Hermosa Waste Treatment Center, where students Have verified in situ the process to which the waste that is collected daily in the city is submitted.
