The University of Murcia (UMU) will host next Monday, June 19, the presentation of the novel "Europe", within the round table Literature and Commitment, organized on the occasion of World Refugee Day.
The book, author Cristina Cerrada and edited by Seix Barral, is about the uprooting and how the political conflict affects the intimate and family.
During the event, which will take place at 7:00 pm in the degree room of the Faculty of Law, will also proceed to the reading of the winning works of the XII Short Story Competition CC Thader-UMU, which in this edition was On refugees.
The roundtable, which will be attended by the author of the novel and UMU professors Miguel Ángel Hernández and Jesús Montoya, is promoted by the RefugiUM Plan of this educational institution.
