The orange formation doubts that it is so based on a sentence of the National Court that assures that Unipost lacks this capacity
The municipal group Citizens will demand a legal report to the local government that proves that Unipost - company subcontracted by Tribugest for notifications of constraints and embargoes of the City of Murcia - is qualified to guarantee the quality of said service.
In the opinion of the orange formation, "nothing is clear, especially considering a sentence of the National Court that ensures that Unipost lacks this ability."
Since Citizens have criticized Tribugest's way of acting during all these years, by hiding that he had subcontracted to Unipost to make the notifications.
An irregularity that Mario Gómez, spokesman of Cs, has described as very serious, since Tribugest did not notify the City Council of its intention to carry out such subcontract, nor does it appear in the contract award.
"We understand that there is a clear intention to breach the contract of award by Tribugest, so that, in our opinion, the company responsible for taxes could receive a very serious penalty of between 6.0000 and 30.000 euros, and Including the termination of the contract, as stated in the specifications itself, "said Gómez.
A sanction - has continued - that does not have to do with the proposal made by the municipal technicians, between 3,000 and 6,000 euros;
And that, according to Gómez, does not correspond to the seriousness of the irregularities committed.
Finally, the Citizens' spokesperson has again highlighted "the political neglect and neglect of José Ballesta and his team in carrying out a proper audit of outsourced contracts, an irresponsibility that seriously damages the neighbors of the municipality ".
