The Governing Board of the City of Murcia today gave a green light to a game of 45,000 euros that will go to purchase a home located in the hamlet of Torreagüera and that is destined to be part of the Housing Municipal Park.
In this way, the number of domiciles that the government team makes available for the relocation of families in a situation of social exclusion continues, thus allowing their social reintegration and the adequate attention of the families that live in these houses spread over the Districts and districts of Murcia.
Maintenance works
It should be remembered that the Governing Board approved last May 12 the contract for the maintenance, conservation and repair of the municipal housing park for an amount of more than 300,000 euros per year.
The scope of application of the file extends to all dwellings, buildings, annexes and infrastructures of municipal buildings whose conservation is the responsibility of the Housing Service of this City.
The successful tenderer will carry out the Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance operations on buildings and houses, to ensure the best conservation of the same, to optimize the economy of its operation and to ensure the obtaining at all times, of all the required services.
