Three people, one of them minor, have been arrested and two others have been investigated
A dozen robberies have been cleared, from which various effects have been recovered, and has been seized marijuana and hashish
The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, within the framework of the operation 'ANIBELUNGO', has developed a research aimed at locating and dismantling a retail drug outlet in the borough of Monteagudo, Murcia, which has culminated in Detention of three persons, one of them minor, as alleged perpetrators of drug trafficking and heavy theft offenses.
Two other persons have been investigated for the alleged authorship of the crimes of usurpation of immovable property and defraudation of electric fluid.
A hundred marijuana buds, hashish, wrappers for the dosage of the drug and a book with economic transactions for the sale of narcotic drugs have been seized in the registry of the clan's home in Monteagudo-Murcia.
In addition they have recovered effects of jewelry, mobile phones and tablets.
The investigation began when the Civil Guard received several allegations of robberies in the homes of Monteagudo and Las Lumbreras-Murcia and, thanks to the citizen's collaboration, became aware of the alleged drug traffic that was taking place at a Monteagudo-Murcia home.
These events had generated social alarm in the municipality, since the said house had been occupied illegally by a family.
The investigators investigated the identity of the property's residents, members of a family clan led by a woman, and stepped up surveillance services in the area to obtain clues about the crimes investigated.
These services were positive to detect that in the aforementioned building narcotic substances were distributed to consumers in the area, as well as that their residents were also related to the authorship of several robberies in houses, reason why the corresponding entry order was requested and Registration to the judicial authority.
The Civil Guard established a large police device that culminated in the clarification of the facts and the arrest of three people a 58-year-old woman, a 56-year-old male and a minor as alleged perpetrators of drug trafficking offenses and Theft with force.
The minor, moreover, was wanted by a Court of Murcia as presumed author of the crime of robbery with violence and intimidation.
Two other persons, a man and a woman, aged 40 and 41, were investigated as alleged perpetrators of property trespass and electric-fluid defraud.
The operation ANIBELUNGO has allowed the dismantling of an active drug retail outlet, located in a building in the municipality of Monteagudo-Murcia, and to clarify, so far, a dozen robberies with force committed in homes of Monteagudo and Las Lumbreras-Murcia .
The arrested, the drug and the effects seized, as well as the investigations have been delivered in the Court of Instruction number 5 of Murcia.
