The rector of the University of Murcia (UMU), José Orihuela, today inaugurated the III Doctorates Days, which are held during this week in the Faculty of Education of this institution.
The meeting, organized by the International School of Doctorate of the UMU, will serve to exchange experiences between doctoral students of different branches of knowledge and for the debate about the current problems of doctoral students.
To this end, a comprehensive program will be implemented, including plenary conferences, round tables and oral and poster presentations.
In addition to the rector, the director general of Universities and Research, Juan Monzó, and the director of the International School of Doctorate, Gregorio Sánchez, attended the inaugural ceremony, followed by the lecture given by Professor Enrique Echeburúa, professor of Clinical Psychology of the University of the Basque Country.
The conference will be closed on Thursday, June 1, with a conference to be given by the rector of the National University of Distance Education (UNED), Alejandro Tiana.
