The Zoonosis Service of the City of Murcia today opened a file to the owner of a dog that this morning has attacked a woman in Algezares.
The incident occurred when he was walking on the sidewalk and was surprised by the bites of the animal, which have caused several injuries.
The dog has been transferred to the Zoonosis Center of the City, where he must spend at least 14 days to carry out a detailed follow-up.
In this way, the epidemiological surveillance is started to check the health status of the animal and to rule out possible contagious infections.
For its part, the Local Police, who has come to the scene of the attack within a few minutes of succeeding, has drafted the corresponding complaint filed by the victim.
