Professor of UMU receives prize for article on freedom of expression (26/05/2017)

The professor of the University of Murcia (UMU) Germán Manuel Teruel Lozano has been recognized in the awards of the journal "Theory and Constitutional Reality" for scientific articles of young constitutionalists.

Teruel, professor of the Department of Fundamentals of the Legal and Constitutional Order of the UMU, in which he also exercises the functions of teaching secretary, has won the honorific accésit for his work "The hate speech as a limit to freedom of expression in the law Constitutional Spanish ".

The awards, sponsored by the Concordia Foundation and Culture, are awarded by a jury in which are distinguished constitutionalists from the Complutense, Autonomous Madrid, Carlos III, Rey Juan Carlos, Alcalá de Henares and UNED universities.
