Town Planning will execute the Plenary agreement to begin the process of the ex officio review of the partial plan of the Fuensanta, completing the file with the procedure of notification to the owners and preserving the actions already carried out within the procedure.
The need to process again is a consequence of a difference of criteria between the City Council and the Legal Council regarding the applicable deadlines.
In the opinion of the municipal legal services, the deadline was 6 months, which is the period provided for in the new procedural law, in force when the Council was informed of the full agreement initiating the procedure, while for the CJRM it was Half of that period, as established in the previous legislation.
In any case, from now on will be notified to all owners affected by the partial plan, which has two units of action, in none of which has developed urban management.
