The Councilor for Employment, Tourism and Culture, Jesús Pacheco, will attend this afternoon the inauguration of the triumphal arch in honor of the Virgin of the Huerta Coronada that will be installed permanently in the Path of Chocolate.
This installation has been carried out by students of the Workshop Workshop workshop locksmith under the design of Jose Hernandez Navarro, artist sculptor of the hamlet.
The structure consists of two rectangular prisms of 5 meters high and 2 by 1.5 meters of floor, while the top is finished with two terraces to which is accessed by an interior staircase.
Both towers are united by a double arch that is united in the center with a bell and a cross of Caravaca.
To this structure are added decorative elements as a shield of the city of Murcia and another one of Los Ramos, ornamental pinnacles in the exterior angles of the towers, legend in the friezes, decorative leaves on the arches and rosettes.
In this way, next Sunday in this triumphal arch, the assistants will launch the traditional hallelujahs so that the Virgin procession from the pedanía to the Church of San Pedro Apóstol.
