The Councilor for Education, Relation with Universities and Heritage, Rafael Gómez, visited this morning the facilities of the primary and secondary education center Antonio Delgado Dorrego of the hamlet of Sangonera la Verde to know their status within a few weeks of the beginning of the works Of remodeling both in the buildings and outside the center.
In this way, thanks to an investment of almost € 60,000, "repairs will be carried out in all buildings of the center, as well as in the area of ​​the sports courts and access roads," said Rafael Gómez after his meeting with teachers.
The most important action that will carry out the City of Murcia in this center is the remodeling of the new toilets in the modules for children and primary.
In them the sanitation pipes will be replaced, they will be placed of doors of passage and they will be replaced the infantile toilets.
Mirrors will also be placed in countertop areas.
On the other hand, the ramps of access to the classrooms of the area of ​​the pergola will be improved in the outside part and a part of the galvanized mesh fence will be replaced in the sports court.
