The Councilor for Modernization of Administration, Urban Quality and Participation, José Guillén, participated in the Smart Education events organized in the auditorium Víctor Villegas on the occasion of DiaTIC17.
Guillén has revealed all the details of the project of smart city 'MiMurcia', valued by the Ministry of Industry as the most ambitious of all of Spain compared to a total of 111 cities.
This initiative has three main axes.
On the one hand, the creation of the Intelligent Information Management System called CEUS (Single Tracking Center), which aims to push the city at all times and to be able to offer decision-making mechanisms, scorecards and at the same time facilitate the Information to citizens, managers and technicians according to their needs.
Another axis is the so-called 'Living Murcia' which seeks to modernize mobility and urban quality to revitalize the city center, managing to attract and improve the conditions of citizens in their interaction with the city.
Finally with 'Enjoy Murcia' is intended to encourage citizens to improve their lifestyle of healthy living and outdoor activities given the weather conditions of Murcia, using their green areas and improving their management and security to increase their use by the citizenship.
