Murcia hosts the final of the LEB Silver basketball to be held this weekend and will have free access (18/05/2017)

The Councilor for Sports and Health, Felipe Coello, presented this morning the phase of promotion to the Silver Basketball League, LEB 2017, together with the President of the Federation of Basketball of the Region of Murcia, Juan Carlos Hernandez Gonzalez, the President of the CBMyrtia team, Andrés Linares, and team coach Quini García.

This phase of promotion will bring together four teams from three different cities during the next days 19, 20 and 21 in the Prince of Asturias Pavilion which has a capacity of 3,500 people and during this weekend will be allowed free access to enjoy Of these parties.

The Basketball Club Myrtia will play on Friday at 20.00 hours against the Chantada Basketball Club, on Saturday at 20.00 hours against CB Pardinyes Lleida and on Sunday at 12.00 hours against CAM Enrique Soler.

This Murcia team struggles for the second consecutive year to get promoted, and if it does, it will start next season in the third professional category after the League Endesa and Leb Oro. In addition, this would mean a new era of sports duality in basketball in the region.
