The Councilor for Education, Relation with Universities and Heritage, Rafael Gómez, today announced that the service of study rooms of the Municipal Library Network will have its doors open during the weekends until June 11.
In this way, the service offered to students in neighborhoods and districts is expanded to prepare for the end of course exams.
"From the City Hall we want to put all possible facilities so that young people have an atmosphere with absolute tranquility and concentration, with all the necessary amenities to be able to study in suitable spaces for this," said Rafael Gómez during the presentation.
The libraries that will open their doors from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., both Saturday and Sunday, are those of Beniaján, Cabezo de Torres, Pelagio Ferrer, El Raal and La Alberca.
Espinardo, Segura River, San Basilio and Tocinos Bridge will open on Saturdays from 09.00 to 21.00 hours, while on Sundays they will offer their services from 9: 300-13: 30.
For their part, those of El Carmen, Jose Saramago and Santiago el Mayor will do it on Saturday mornings.
In this way, the Department of Education responds to a demand by the students of the municipality in the dates prior to the exams before the summer.
In addition, both Saturday afternoons and Sundays, refunds of loan documents will be allowed, although the usual library services will not be provided
