The councilman of Urbanism, Environment and Huerta, Antonio Navarro, today announced that the Board of Governors next week will give approval to the project of completion of urbanization works of the special plan of El Palmar, promoted by private initiative .
The clearing board, whose majority representation corresponds to financial institutions, has slowed the completion of these works.
Due to this circumstance, the City Council has chosen to initiate the procedure for the execution of the guarantees and carry out the proceedings in a subsidiary manner.
Navarro has stated that in this way it is intended to accelerate as much as possible the works to finish a new area of ​​growth of the hamlet, located in the center of the town, thus improving the quality of life of the residents of Palmar.
