The municipal groups Cambiemos Murcia and PSOE have today demanded the Government team to explain why an opposition has been called to fill a post of temporary official of senior technician in European project management, when there are three vacancies created and budgeted with Profile A1.
For councilors Nacho Tornel and Begoña García Retegui, it is "nonsense" that the City Council offers this place, for which merit will not be taken into account, instead of carrying out a process of internal promotion between service workers and To cover posts that are still unallocated and whose creation is reflected in budgets.
They also recalled that the Town Council's Negotiating Committee, in which the municipal groups and the trade unions are represented, agreed to reject the proposal for the creation of the post of interim official in European projects, which is now being offered, with the support of two Unions that have reached a verbal agreement with the council of the branch, Jesus Pacheco, in exchange for an internal promotion process.
Therefore, they have advanced that they will ask Pacheco for information on the workforce that currently covers the service and the roles and profile of each worker.
"Now that we have an RPT document it is even more inexplicable to ignore the existence of these three places and proceed to create a selective process without basis."
"The internal promotion process should be the first step, not a compensatory measure," they said.
Tornel and García Retegui have also criticized the fact that the post of head of the service is covered by a person from an external private company, Iniciativas Locales, who is in charge of managing the work, and not by an official or official.
"All this seems like a very strange maneuver," they said.
They have pointed out that the existence of uncovered places is a problem that the Court of Auditors has warned in the case of the Murciano Health Service (SMS), where, according to this agency, a reorganization is necessary, prioritizing those posts Of work outside the template to be integrated into it.
