The DeLetreArts Reading Club of the University of Murcia joins the commemoration of various writers and works of which this year is celebrating its anniversary by scheduling various activities on them.
After the reading of the heroes of Ovid, it is announced for May 23 "Pedro Páramo", by Juan Rulfo, who is celebrating the centenary of his birth, by Gilberto Vásquez.
It will be in the audiovisual media room of the Faculty of Arts, at 7:00 p.m.
On June 27 will be the turn to "Obras incompletas", by Gloria Fuertes, which also marks the centennial.
It will be in charge of Antonio Díez Mediavila and will be in the Hemicycle of the Faculty of Letters at 7 pm.
DeLetreArtes-Meetings of Culture UMU is an open space to pay homage to figures of the culture that celebrate its anniversary in 2017, as well as to celebrate other outstanding events in the field of arts and letters: great literary works, fine arts And visuals, theatrical or musical premieres ...
The Culture Service will make available to the participants two copies of the books to be read each time.
These copies will be provided from the Culture Service to those who require them in the first place and, from that moment, will be provided the electronic mail of the book holder who is interested in reading it below, in order to create a "Traveling book chain" among participants who so desire.
After each session of the DeLetreArtes Reading Club, the Culture Service will donate the copies to librerostraperos.com.
