In recent days, some media have published the news that a professor at the University of Murcia (Francisco Ruiz Juan) has filed a complaint against three other teachers of the same institution, for alleged labor harassment.
In this respect, the University of Murcia considers it necessary to point out the following:
1. The University of Murcia respects absolutely the work that is only incumbent on Ilmo.

4. In view of the fact that the information presented so far on the complaint submitted by Mr. Ruiz has its origin in Mr. Ruiz Juan himself, this frees him from restrictions to the University of Murcia and authorizes him to ensure that it is not transmitted To society a distorted image of reality.
After several files processed by the competent services of the University of Murcia, in this public educational institution there is full and justified conviction that Mr. Ruiz Juan has not been at all subject to degrading or otherwise inappropriate treatment and Qualifying as occupational or moral harassment.
On the contrary, it is, to a large extent, Mr. Ruiz Juan who, for one reason or another, is systematically failing to fulfill his professional duties.
5. In this way, and without prejudice to what Ilmo.
The competent court considers that it has been settled in law and the conclusions reached during the course of its investigation, the University of Murcia, examining the case and its background, considers that the criminal action brought by Mr. Ruiz Juan is manifestly unfounded.
6. For this reason, the University of Murcia has resolved to lend to the teachers complained the legal assistance provided for in the Basic Statute of the Public Employee, assuming the costs of their defense and procedural representation, from which they are initially taking charge The same legal services of the University of Murcia.
7. In the future, the University of Murcia will not make announcements on this issue;

8.
