The Faculty of Informatics of the University of Murcia (UMU) has awarded the FIUM 2017 Award to Spanish David Cuartielles, co-founder of free hardware company Arduino.
The presentation of the award of the Faculty was held today in the university center in an event chaired by the Vice Chancellor of Research, Antonio Juan Garcia, and the Dean of Information Technology, Pedro Miguel Ruiz.
The award winner gave the talk "Technical evolution from Arduino to the Internet of things: visions, hardware and platforms".
