"When you direct people, it's important to be humble and understand that you have to look at their faces," said Jaime Noguera in the presentation of his book Solo needs to be humble in the Chapter Room of the Catholic University of Murcia.
The event was attended by Luis H. Larramendi, president of the Business Social Association (ASE), and the director of the Department of Communication Sciences at UCAM, José Manuel Noguera.
The work deals with coexistence in the work environment and offers 22 suggestions, one for each working day that the month usually has, to understand the workers and take care of the family.
Jaime Noguera stressed that "the key is humility, to think that you are never above anything and that you have made small pieces of others with small things that have been contributing."
Jaime Noguera presented the book in the Catholic University for "affection and gratitude", since the educational institution is one of the main employers of the Social Business Association.
