The La Nave Youth Center, in Puente Tocinos, hosts the International Rubik Cube Championship this weekend.
It will be held on Saturday and Sunday from 10 in the morning and is organized by the Spanish Association of Rubik's cube in collaboration with the Department of Youth headed by Rebeca Perez.
This year marks the tenth edition of this contest, which seeks to solve the famous cube of colors as well as its different official forms.
It will consist of 16 categories and among the most spectacular you will be able to see the participants solve the cube with one hand, blind and even with their feet.
The Championship will culminate at 20:00 on Sunday with the awards ceremony to the participants.
For this occasion the organization has luxury guests among which stand out Carlos Mendez García-Barroso, three times champion of Spain's Rubik's cube and the European champion of 2x2 in 2012 or Berta García Parra, who with only 15 years Old is the current champion of Europe and Spain resolving Rubik's cube blindly.
It is currently fourth in the world ranking.
