In the opening ceremony, Mª del Mar Pintado, vice-dean of the degrees in Early Childhood and Primary Education at UCAM and Antonio Alcaraz, Vice-Chancellor of University Extension, were present, who mentioned that "this congress arises to attend to the needs that each day Detect in classrooms and to disseminate innovative proposals that are being carried out, both from research and in educational practice.
