The Councilor for Development, Roque Ortiz, participated this afternoon in a meeting with neighbors of the neighborhood of Santa Eulalia to publicize and discuss the main proposals of their council and are part of the project 'Urban DNA'.
One of the most outstanding projects is the elevation of the road in the streets surrounding Plaza Santa Eulalia to be at the same level as the sidewalks, which will allow the whole area to be at zero level and more comfortable pedestrian traffic.
Also during the last week of May, 80 operators of the Road Cleaning Service and Waste Collection will carry out a detailed and detailed cleaning by all the streets of the neighborhood.
Another of the actions proposed by the council is the elimination of graffiti and the creation of artistic graffiti on walls and other elements.
Also will be buried different points of containers of the neighborhood to eliminate the visual impact of the traditional deposits and to offer more space to the pedestrian.
Also the municipal services of the council will study different actions to improve the efficiency of public lighting, placing more luminaires and replacing others with led technology.
It should be remembered that the new model of intervention in neighborhoods of the Government Team led by Mayor José Ballesta 'Murcia ADN-Urbano' is going to apply, for the first time, in Santa Eulalia.
This pilot project, which the City Council will extend in successive phases to other districts and districts, will cover a geographical area of 190,000 square meters, extending not only by the neighborhood of Santa Eulalia, but also by San Juan and San Lorenzo.
