The Civil Guard of Murcia has made an exhibition of technical and human resources with which the Command in the Region of Murcia, as well as several presentations, in the San Buenaventura Capuchinos Educational Center of Murcia.
In the morning of yesterday, 27, in the main courtyard of the school, were located specialized units of Traffic, Citizen Security Unit, Service of Protection of Nature (SEPRONA), Judicial Police (Laboratory of Criminalistics), Group of Specialists in Activities Underwater (GEAS), Explosives Deactivation Specialist Group (GEDEX) and Air Service.
The students of the Center, guided by their tutors, toured the different stands where they were able to know the specific activities of the police units, as well as their technical and logistical means.
The Air Service helicopter flew over the premises and a demonstration of the functions of the Cynological Service with its dogs trained in explosives detection, drug, security and rescue.
In addition, addressed to the students of 4th ESO and Bachiller, there was an institutional video on the historical background, structure and functioning of the Corps which ended with a presentation on the tasks entrusted to the Civil Guard and the numerous specialties that As an orientation for a professional exit.
