The municipal plenary has approved the motion of urgency presented by the Municipal People's Group and Citizens of support to the Venezuelan people that has been voted against by the Socialist Municipal Group, Cambiemos Murcia and Now Murcia.

In the motion, which also supports the concentration in favor of Venezuela to be held on Saturday in the square Circular, both parties called for the City Council's adherence to the manifesto in which the Venezuelan government is urged to respect human rights in compliance Of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

It is also requested to make appropriate efforts before the international organizations for joint cooperation in the peace process in Venezuela.
