Ortiz explained that "with actions like this day, greater transparency and participation is granted to the rehabilitation project of the Old Prison, because we want this initiative to be the result of consensus and agreement among as many groups as possible."
The councilman wanted to "thank the College of Architects for their collaboration in preparing the basis for the project to rehabilitate the historic building and the organization of these days."
"The process of drafting the project that will allow the recovery of the Old Prison is already open and published in the BORM and now any interested party can present their allegations and suggestions," said Ortiz.
