The City Council promotes the teaching and dissemination of music through a grant to musical groups (12/04/2017)

The City of Murcia, through the Department of Employment, Tourism and Culture, wants to recognize the cultural work that in the field of music, both in terms of teaching and its dissemination, have been developing the musical associations of the municipality.

For this reason, the Governing Board has approved the granting of a grant to the Cultural Musicians Association Las Musas de Guadalupe, Musical Group of Beniaján, Musical Group Youth of Cabezo de Torres and Musical Association of Puente Tocinos.

Thanks to these collaboration agreements, the four musical associations of the municipality will receive a global aid of about 53,000 euros and will perform, each, four concerts or musical performances.
