The procedure is set in motion once it has been established that the successful bidder did not appear in the second act of mediation and the municipal services found that the situation of an indefinite strike since March 7 means that 45% Are not receiving the services assigned, except those included as minimum services.

The contracting table agreed yesterday to request the documentation to the company that presented the most valued technical and economic offer, so that the file could be approved by the Board of Governors this same month.
