The thieves, wielding a knife and an ax and, threatening to slay those present, they made with the collection of the establishments and with the portfolio of the clients
Agents of the National Police have arrested four people of Spanish nationality, aged between 22 and 33 years of age, as alleged perpetrators of two robbery offenses with intimidation in the establishment by means of the display of a weapon.
At the end of last March, the owner of a gambling hall located in the Murcian hamlet of Patiño, reported that at night two male hooded individuals acceded to his establishment by wielding large knives.
With threats they subtracted the collection of the premises, besides a mobile phone and the portfolio of a client.
The following day, the owner of a cafeteria in the same hamlet, reported having been the object of a robbery with intimidation, providing details similar to what happened at the playground: two people agreed;
Hidden face;
They carried a knife and an ax;
Threats to kill those present.
The thieves made the collection and the money that the customers who were in the premises carried.
The Carmen District Commissary thus began an investigation to identify, locate and arrest the perpetrators.
The images recorded by the closed circuits of television of both premises were visualized, the physical characteristics of the authors were analyzed and a testimony was taken to all the witnesses.
All the investigations carried out showed that the alleged perpetrators of both robberies with violence are four brothers, known in Patino for their conflict.
In addition, the fact is that in the analyzed videos one can observe how, in the robbery to the confectionery, two of the four brothers previously access the premises to buy tobacco shortly before the robbery is committed by the other two brothers.
For all of them, agents of the National Police proceeded to request the court on guard entry order and registration in the domicile of the authors, inside which arrested the four brothers.
Two knives and different garments have been intervened that fully coincide with those carried by the perpetrators of the robberies.
Following the statement of the four brothers, two were brought to justice and two were released, at the disposal of the judicial authority if they were required to do so.
This investigation has been developed by agents of the National Police belonging to the Carmen District Commissary attached to the Higher Police Headquarters of the Region of Murcia.
