The Grafiti Municipal Office, under the direction of the Department of Development, directed by Roque Ortiz, and the concessionaire Ferrovial Servicios, collaborates with the exhibition 'From the street to the museum', which, from Wednesday to July 9, You can see in the Museum of Fine Arts in Murcia.
A total of 85 works by the best international urban art artists from over 40 countries including Obey, Mr. Brainwash, Blake le rat, Dale Grimshaw, L7M will be shown in the exhibition, based on the collection of works by Murcia Street Art Project. , Speedy Graphito, Jonone, Alexis Díaz, Callizo or Jorge Rodríguez-Gerada.
In addition, Grafiti Municipal Office will perform live demonstrations in different parts of the city where national and international artists will work alongside local artists who collaborate with Grafiti Municipal Office such as Tone, Chip, Aisha, Toren, Com1, Isaak and Hamgeo, And will paint more than fifteen murals of the municipality during this time.
The majority of interventions will be carried out in the back walls of the Fremm located in the General Gymnasium of the Air, although they will also be carried out in the avenue Pintor Sobejano, Trinidad Street, Auditorium Street, Polo Street of Medina and CEIP Federico de Arce.
After this intervention Murcia will expand its museum of outdoor art, adding to those already made through the previous activities carried out by the Grafiti Municipal Office.
Hundreds of spray cans, elevators and many meters of wall are the elements that the Grafiti Municipal Office has arranged to be able to collaborate with this unique exhibition in Spain for its quality and variety.
