Tomorrow, Wednesday April 5th, the Degree in Gastronomy of the UCAM organizes in the Center of Tourist Qualification of Murcia (CCT), the High Cooking Day with the chef of Cacao Barry and professor of the Chocolate Academy, Miquel Guarro.
The session will be divided into two parts, with an exclusive seminar for students in the morning, where they will talk about what is the bakery and the chocolate school.
In the afternoon, the chef will give a lecture with show-cooking open to the public (previous registration), where he will make 4 sweet elaborations in different formats: a candy, an individual sweet, a dessert in a glass and a cake.
The media will be able to access the kitchens from 10:45 am to take pictures of the session.
Pastry chef Miquel Guarro is the youngest winner in history to win the Lluís Santapau Trophy, which recognizes him as Best Chocolate Chocolatier 2013. He was also the winner of the gold trophy in the competition of chocolate figures of the Barcelona Gremi.
