Agents of the National Police have detained four people, three of them as alleged perpetrators of twenty-two robberies with violence and intimidation committed in the city of Murcia, by the procedure of the pull and carried out on board a moped;
And a fourth person as alleged perpetrator of a crime of receiving, as it was done with the items stolen, by the young, to sell them illicitly.
Since the end of January, the District District of Carmen has warned of an increase in robberies with violence and intimidation, using the method of pulling in various neighborhoods of its demarcation, specifically in El Infante neighborhood, Del Carmen neighborhood and downtown area.
The first police investigations and, after studying the mode of action, the investigators noticed the coincidence in the operation carried out by the detainees, two men on board a moped, dark scooter type, wearing dark helmet, sports clothes And after one of the two-wheeled vehicles approached their victims and by a strong pull snatched their bag or mobile phone, the driver waited, with the engine running, in the vicinity to undertake the flight once Perpetrated the fact.
The storeroom meeting point to share the booty
Investigators, once they arrested the detainees, carried out two searches, one at the home and another in a store, owned by one of the detainees and where they hid their booty and took refuge after the robbery.
The result of this operation was the recovery of several bags, documentation, glasses, keys and personal effects of the victims.
These effects, once recognized as their own by the victims, were handed over to them.
The fourth detainee, who is charged with an alleged offense of receiving was responsible for "giving output" to the effects obtained in the robberies committed by the other detainees.
The men arrested are four men, three of them Moroccan and one of Spanish nationality: the perpetrators of violence are three young men of 18, 19 and 20 years old, and the fourth arrested, by reception, for 40 years.
The police operation was carried out by the Agents of the Carmen District Commissary of the Higher National Police Headquarters of the Region of Murcia.
