The Congress will present new features such as ChatBot, the latest technological innovation that is incorporated into the AppTUI in 2017 to improve the experience of its users.

Warsaw is the city that hosts today the V International Congress of the TUI (Intelligent University Card), organized by Banco Santander and the TUI International Observatory of the University of Murcia, with the collaboration of the Warsaw School of Economics .

The meeting - which this year records a record of attendance with almost 100 universities represented - will analyze the trends in the use of the University Smart Card (TUI) that the bank develops through Santander Universities, the evolution and implementation of its mobile application (AppTUI ) And its status and progress in the 12 countries in which it is present, with more than 9 million cards in 280 universities.

Artificial intelligence is incorporated into the TUI

The event will exchange techniques and experiences of use and will present the latest innovations, such as the incorporation of artificial intelligence to the mobile application through ChatBot, which will generate a user experience much more agile and practical.

The TUI is undergoing an important technological evolution to position itself once again at the forefront of the university field.

It highlights its mobile application for Android and iPhone, its pilot development in wearables (smartwatch and bracelets), the instant issuance of the card in several countries and the introduction of new services such as mobile ID, online discounts in shops, bicycle loan or energy saving On campus.
