The largest meeting of specialists in fashion communication in the Region will take place in Murcia during the First International Congress of Fashion Communication.
The event, to be held on 26 and 27 April, is scheduled by the International University of the Sea, the summer courses of the University of Murcia, and is organized by the Faculty of Communication and Documentation (UMU).
The initiative will offer a detailed view on the dissemination of messages in the fashion sector and will reflect on how this area has used new technologies to communicate strategically.
The congress is directed by Eduardo Villena Alarcón, and those who register will be entitled to 1 freely configurable credit or 0.5 CRAU credits.
The activity is aimed at students of the university community interested in the subject as well as professionals in the sector who want to receive complementary training in fashion.
In its first edition, the International Fashion Communication Congress will receive, among other professionals of recognized trajectory, José Luis del Olmo Arriaga, expert in fashion marketing.
In addition, committed to the business community of the Region, will analyze the teaching in fashion from a professional point of view thanks to the experience of Inmaculada López Marín and María Victoria Román Palomino, teachers of the Middle Degree of Confection and Fashion at the IES Bartolomé Pérez Casas Of Lorca.
The academic offerings of the main Universities of Spain, who will meet at the University of Murcia to share with the participants the most relevant research related to the field of fashion communication.
The congress will be held in the Degree Room of the Faculty of Communication and Documentation of the UMU, in the Campus of Espinardo, and the registration period will be open until April 20.
