The Association of Young Entrepreneurs, AJE Region of Murcia, in collaboration with the ITM Technological Institute of the UCAM, organized this morning a theoretical-practical workshop designed for the middle managers of the organizations, where they have analyzed the skills, qualities and vision Strategy of leaders.
After a review of different case studies, leadership styles have been developed in civil, business and military social environments, from which lessons have been learned on the qualities of the leader.
Pablo S. Blesa Aledo, vice-rector of International Relations and Dean of the UCAM's Communication Department, said that "in organizations, it is the leaders who coordinate the collective intelligence of teams in favor of continuous improvement and success ";
With these words began the workshop given to young entrepreneurs, in the facilities that AJE Region of Murcia has in the Center of Municipal Initiatives of the city (CIM-M).
