Like every March, the School of Sports of the Catholic University of Murcia (UCAM) has celebrated the festival of its patron saint, San Rosendo.
The students themselves have been the ones who have organized and competed in the different tests.
In the UCAM there are several degrees in the field of sports: the Degree in Science of Physical Activity and Sport (CAFD), the title of Professional Training of Higher Technician in Animation of Physical and Sports Activities (TAFAD) and various postgraduate courses, all They belonging to the Faculty of Sport.
The most multitudinous event, as always, has been the Golden Mile which has had about 200 participants between students and teachers who have toured a circuit at the Campus of Los Jerónimos.
The winners have been two students: Iacopo Brasi (male) and Marina Cañizares (female).
Subsequently, there have been numerous exhibit activities in the Plaza de San Antonio (short distance races, bubble football, basketball or fencing, among others).
Subsequently, activities have moved to the Sports Center of Guadalupe where there have been various competitions between students and teachers in a festive atmosphere to unite ties between the different degrees of the Faculty of Sports, and between students and teachers.
