NOW MURCIA points out that Councilor for Urbanism, Antonio Navarro Corchón, and the PP "are up to the marrow in the tinkering and illegal urbanism that is coming down in the municipality."
The Councilor Angeles Micol makes these statements after being known today that the Superior Court of Justice (TSJ) of the Region of Murcia has canceled a partial plan in El Esparragal, approved by the City Council in November 2011, for not introducing in the Environmental Report the Amendments that had been set by the Directorate-General for the Environment.
The urban development agreement was approved in February 2006.
Micol emphasizes the direct responsibility of Navarro Corchón and Mayor Ballesta in many of the partial plans that have been annulled cascade by the courts of justice in recent months, since "they occupied the positions of greater responsibility for years in the Ministry of Ordination Of the Territory, being Ballesta the councilor and Navarro the general director of Urbanism ".
The mayor recalls that these urban plans are mostly being canceled because they lack the mandatory sector reports.
The Councilor denounces "the nefarious urban policy of the last 20 years in the municipality, as well as the ineffective work of municipal officials who should have guarded the legality of these actions, rather than supporting them."
Micol regrets that "what is going to happen is that all the promoters who signed up for the real estate bubble, in the heat of easy money, are going to claim and demand the guarantees, which may end up implying a disbursement of money to the City Council. Say, all Murcia and Murcia.
