Next Saturday, March 18, the 'Welcome to Spring' event will be held thanks to the collaboration between the Department of Employment, Tourism and Culture, Youth and Development Cooperation and Shopper Magazine.
In this event that will start at 17.00 hours in the Glorieta, in front of the City of Murcia, you can enjoy fashion, crafts and Murcia gastronomy.
Therefore, tomorrow will be installed an exterior walkway that will leave from the interior of the City and whose rear will take the form of vertical garden.
In this scenario, fashion designer Javier Mármol will present his new collection 'Flor Clórica'.
In addition, a sample will be installed, in collaboration with Crea Artesana Association, in which twelve artisans from different sectors (clothing, esparto, goldsmithery ...) will expose their work and techniques to the attendees, always with spring and its festivals as main reason .
In the area of ​​the Martillo will be installed an exhibition of young designers who have created for the occasion different models inspired by tradition, which seek to provide an avant-garde perspective to the Spring Festival.
The participating designers are Ana Peyres, Pilar Llamas, Emma Álvarez, Jesús Madrid, Constanza Más and Raquel Samper.
Once the parade is over, there will be a 'kissing', a cocktail in which different personalities from the sector will be able to get to know the creators, as well as enjoy the best products of the Murcia garden and gastronomy, with live music around The statue of Cardinal Belluga.
The exhibition of handicrafts and exhibition of the young designers will be able to be visited from 17 hours, the Javier Marmol parade will take place at 20.30 hours while the cocktail will be held at 21.30.
