The Legal Services of the City Council are preparing the cassation appeal before the Supreme Court against the ruling of the Court of Litigation of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) of the Region of Murcia that has annulled a partial plan that was approved by the city council because Did not introduce in the Environmental Report the modifications that had been fixed by the general direction of Environment.

The revised text of the Partial Plan that was finally approved by the Plenary in November 2011 incorporated, according to the municipal technical services, all the environmental aspects that were taken into consideration during the environmental process and that the report of the General Directorate of Environment Environment of November 17 collected.
